A public hearing (Case 2015-01) will be held on March 18, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. for an application by Allrose Farm Country Weddings – Michele Perron, 121 East Road, Greenfield NH for a Variance from Section III.E.3 of the Zoning Ordinance for the operation of a destination wedding hotel in buildings, the fronts of which (or a portion thereof) are within 100 feet of the public highway (East Road). The extreme front of the existing house is 44.2 feet from the street right-of-way. The extreme front of the existing barn is 98.7 feet from the street right-of-way. The property is at 121 East Road, Greenfield, NH Tax Map R5, Lot 34-1.
